The Aoraki RTLB Strategic and Annual Plans tell a story of direction, possibility and hope, grounded in the landscapes of our rohe. Inspired by Twizel at twilight, our Strategic Plan looks to the night sky as a symbol of navigation and guidance - setting our course and keeping us connected to where we are heading. From there, Timaru at dawn brings light to our Annual Plan, symbolising new horizons, purposeful action and the possibilities ahead. Together, they take us from vision to action - guided by where we want to go and moving with purpose towards a new day.
